Title: Question for the men...
Post by Melissa on Oct 15th, 2008 at 10:50am
With the holidays coming up, I am looking for some new cologne for Jesse.  I am not sure where to start, so I thought I'd get a list of ones to smell before I shop for him.

What is YOUR favorite cologne?

:)mel

I think your going to have to go to a different web site with this question,  maybe its just me but cologne is a huge trigger.

None.  Sorry, but most are instant triggers for me too. :(

My wife likes "Obsession" on me.   I like "Tabu" on her.

Tommy Bahama has a great cologne that doesn't trigger my headaches, and that's rare for me.  They have one in a clear bottle that I like a lot because it is a light scent.  They have a darker amber bottle that I like too, but only for the occasional night out.

Thanks for the responses I've been given so far.

Maybe I should title the thread "episodic men"??

There are some mens colognes that drive me nuts when OUT of cycle.  They play with my sinuses really bad, so I was thinking I'd smell some of the ones cluster men use and pick one of those instead.

All I'll ever use is Old Spice.

Mostly I just let the guy pheromones do their job!

Andrea likes me to wear Ralph Lauren Polo Blue.

I like her to wear Amarige Perfume by Givenchy

My favourite men's smells are Cool Water by Davidoff, Hugo by Hugo Boss and Polo by Ralph Lauren. Mmmm...
:D

When a man walks past me and I smell one of those smells, I'm either transported into my past with many a memory or clawing at my purse for the red bull. It's a guess as to which one. Darn beast keeping me on my toes...

Gee, Potter.  Do we have to teach you everything?

Never ever combine the two scents.  You should only wear one at a time.

Sheesh....men.......what are we gonna do with 'em?

Pardon my ignorance, but isn't it supposed to be something that YOU find to be attractive on him?

Yes, that's why I want to smell a bunch of different ones, to see which one I like the best.  (I thought I had already said that?)

You asked the men, but...

Green Irish Tweed by Creed.

It's not fruity by a long shot.. definitely masculine.
