I stumbled onto this site trying to find info on clusters. I've had them come & go ( Oct.-Nov. usually ) for @ 10 years now, so since age 28ish.
My wife finally got me to go see the Dr. after witnessing a few rounds, which I tried not to involve anyone with, but all he could do, of coarse, is make it official. YEAH!!!
Anyhow, when I found this site, there was an example given by a lady who is married to a fellow  sufferer of CH's. She says he downs water by the buttload when the cycle starts, and downs some more when they start to kick in, & it seemed that, at least for him, to mellow out the pain some.
I've been tryin' it myself for the past 3 days, & I gotta say, there may be something to it!
I actually slept the past 2 nights,,, in a row!

Actually, I've tried it this year for the first time after I've encountered it on a Dutch CH website. So I thought, what the heck? And drank copious amounts of water for more than two weeks.
At first it seemed to work, somehow. That was, untill what I lovingly call ''High cycle'' set in, and life got too extreme to persevere.
So it's hard to say if I had continued with the program, would it've helped, or is it just not for me?

I am at least very grateful for the fact some people are benefited by it. If it works, then it's a keeper for you.
