I just got a call from my tax software people to get all the forms filled out and make sure everything is working ok for tax season 09!! It's NOT EVEN HALLOWEEN yet!!!!

We don't even know what the LAWS are going to be YET!! (Probably won't till about March!).

And ya'll thought I just worked 4 months a year.....  ::)

You'll need the forms when OBama raises our taxes.

Plus when the democratic congress allows the Bush tax cuts to expire.  That will raise them also, back to the level of the Clinton administration.  Isn't that just great news!  Two tax increases for the price of one election!

I heard on the radio that this weekend Obama lowered that to 200K.

It would seem to me that if the Obama income amount was lowered, it would be all over the news, GOP, McCain, and Palin ads and rallies.
So far, I haven't heard this.

See Sandy's post, Truth from "journalists".  It is written by a democrat, not a republican.  There are a lot of things about Obama that you don't here in the press.  What have you heard about the toast he proposed to the spokesman for the PLO that the LA TIMES has the tape of, but will not release???  What have you heard negative of any substance from the press about Obama???  You won't hear it.  He said that today in a speech, but it has not gotten any mention on the regular news reports that I have heard, but I heard a portion of the speech.

When you are desperate and losing on issues, you have to dig away to find "stories" to try to scare voters. Fortunatley, there aren't that many that haven't made up their minds.

Once again: if this stuff, whatever it is, were so horrible, the RNC would plaster it all over its ads and it would hit TV all over the place. Palin would be screeching it at every rally. The RNC is sharp, not careless and would use it if it would help.

I heard he is friends with radical religious people.
I heard he hates America.
I heard he loves Karl Marx.
I heard he wants to punish your hard work.
I heard he is not a US citizen.
I heard he is muslim.
I heard he wants to surrender to Iraq.
I heard he heard he will kneel to I'madinnerjacket.

I think a better question would be: What haven't you heard that is negative about Obama?

He is very suave.  He is personable.  He is very well spoken.  I know this first hand as well as from family members who have met him.  Plus what I hear on the news.

However, I am from IL, and not very far from his former district when he was an IL State Senator.  I know from whence he comes, and he and I are diametrically opposed to each other in our viewpoints.  I don't go in for all the stuff that has been thrown at him, but I can tell you that you have not heard the half of what the man stands for and believes in.

My daughter-in-law was a student at UIC, and knows first hand about Bill Ayers, and what he STILL espouses to our students.  

I have never said he would "kneel to Imadinnerjacket", but he is the one who has said he would meet with him and with others who are sworn enemies of the USA "without preconditions".  His words, not mine.

He is the one who has said he would pull our troops out of Iraq no matter what the conditions.  He is also the one who voted against every appropriations bill for our troops, including to provide armor and upgrades for their equipment.

I could go on, but your mind is already made up.  There is no point in continuing to belabor it with you.  If you are comfortable with his past associations, and don't think they have any bearing on his character and beliefs, or if you agree with them, you will have to vote for him.  I however cannot.

I think it varies by location.  I think the Oregon mean for a 4 person family is 67k.

Middle class in terms of home price, though, means about 400k.
Big difference.
 
I thought 250k was considered outstanding income.  Obama says he is going to raise taxes on 250k+ and it turns out EVERYONE makes more than that.
