That's that fund with the bottomless hole that pays for foreign aid. And weapons that are "foreign aid". And military to teach people how to use these weapons for "foreign aid". And interest free loans to countries who need foreign aid. Who then can't pay back the loan, and are forgiven for it.

There's a name for it, but I can't remember what it is. Not officially part of the military budget. But you know... THAT fund.

I can't believe a total of 42% of the national budget is devoted to social security and health care. I don't believe it.

Syria?

I was under the impression that the US had labeled Syria a state sponsor of terrorism for quite some time--and had banned US foreign aid, investment, and the sale of military equipment and dual-use items.
