Well i am home now and feeling relatively great.I have a LONG and HARD way ahead of me yet.I am just 50% done with the treatment.But with all the help and vibes i am getting from all over the world i cant see what can go wrong now.

Today as a symbolic thing me and Bente did walk down to the pharmacy and cancelled the prescribtion for more morphine.So its a start at least.

At the next facility i am allowed at least to have my laptop and cellphone available so thats will be a comfort for me.

I will keep you all informed

I spoke with Svenn several times today.  He IS home, but it is not easy.  He is going through some VERY rough times.  He is no longer under some one else's control.  He is now under his own.  It is VERY hard.  He is having a bad time.

Several of us have been trying to stay in contact with him.  He needs our support and love SO bad, right now.  Most of us know how powerful are the prayers, vibes, good ju-ju, love and support that this site generates.  He is in serious need of all you have to give.



Svenn, you are stronger than you think, and you can do this.  We are all here for you.  Remember to reach out, as you have, when you need us.

As it is with smoking, so it is with other addictions.  You can never have JUST ONE.  Ever.  If you do, you'll never break the chains.

I know you can do this Svenn.  I believe in you.  You have to believe in yourself and know you can kick it's ass to the curb.  And take your time, don't feel like you have to get well tomorrow.

Svenn, my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to you.  Hubby has been going through this since Sep.  It takes immense commitment and a lot of support.  Gary was a soldier and fought in a war.  That was a cake walk compared to what this has been like, so know that I'm throwing massive "you'll find your way through this" vibes at you.  I think it's wonderful that you've got such a huge world-wide network pulling for you, and I truly hope that helps.

I agree with Jeannie, but I'd even bring it down to one hour at a time....One hour at a time.  They'll turn into days, those days into weeks, those weeks into months.
