Finally some good news. I just got my first college acceptance letter and man am I pumped! I was so freaking excited when I read those first few lines I jumped in the driveway and almost fell flat on my butt in the snow. I'm so happy!!! [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] Dad and Becky are happy to but they had a rough night so it's best to let them sleep and be excited later. I just wanted my second family to know and mostly I couldn't hold it in. :D I've got about a dozen things to do still and with the holidays on top of that I'm going to be crazy busy. Hope to talk to you all again soon but if I don't before then Happy Holidays! :-*

Thanks guys. It's Corning Communtiy College(CCC for short) and it's not that far from home so I'll still be living with Dad. Right now I'm just doing my general studies and then once those are out of the way I'll transfer to a 4 year college to get my english major and education minor(hopefully). I'm still looking for my 4 year college but I'd like to make it through those 2 years first. If any of you would like to see the school, the website is the one below. I'm so excited and I can't wait to take this next big step in moving forward with my life. Thanks again.

Congratulations Felicia!

I remember the first letters I got back, opening them with anticipation, almost afraid to look in fear of rejection, and then the utmost joy when all they say is you ARE accepted. Great feeling.

Congrats... And now you know we'll expect a really good GPA -- and we will be waiting for reports. So don't EVEN think about doing some of the stuff I did... ;) Study Study Study.... (welllll, maybe a little time for some fun 8-) ). But two years from now we want to see that little gold scarf around your neck at graduation....

I wanted to tell every one how proud of Felicia I am. She has had a hard year, but has bulled every thing together. She is doing Jr and Sr year this year and changed houses and is liveing with us. It was a hard weekend and we didn't get to do anything . But I want to let her know how proud I am of her and want a great person she is and how much I love her
