This is something that WE can do!  WE can become more like Bert Brady!

I am going to look into how I can make a difference, to the returning troops, just as he is.

Thanks also to people like Bert Brady who welcomed my son and his fellow Marines home when they returned.  And to the ones who took the time to try to make his training time over Thanksgiving enjoyable.  And to the ones (some of them from here) who took the time to write, email, and send care packages to them when they were over there.  As a dad I teared up when I saw that, because it is close to home for me.  

God bless our kids who are doing the job for us old duffers who can't go do it anymore.
