I sent him this post and he wanted me to update for him as he's been crazy busy and even I only got to talk to him for about 5 minutes. Between his amazing fiance Brooke(who is an angel I swear) and everything he's doing and wants to do with his life, I can't imagin it otherwise. While he may not be my blood brother, and just another cracked egg I met here on CH.com, Barak has been one of the most wonderful people in my life and I love him to death. I'm so happy for him and am amazingly proud of him, whether he knows it or not. Anyways, this is from him to all of you:

Hello CH.com. Well, some updates. I spent 9 months in the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program before I got stuck with a job I did not want. And wasnt forced  to but choose to end my enlistment before I was sent to boot camp. Since then I have gotten engaged to my wonderful girlfriend Brooke, and am considering going back to the Corp. We are both fine with it and its not set in stone but there is a good possibility that within the next year I will re-enlist either with a 4 year active infantry MOS or a reserve infantry MOS. I would be fine with either but the reserve seems better for me as I'm looking toward college and a family. Only time will tell though. Thank you for your thoughts and happy birthday wishes. If at least one of you could, keep an eye out on the kid for me. She knows how to get into trouble. :) PF wishes.
