Its just gone nuts. First Mom was in the hospital. Then my brother who I love dearly has been having a bad year. No work, he roofs houses. He has just been having all kinds of problems. I been trying to help the best I could. I was able to give him and his wife gift cards for Christmas so they could buy gas, food what ever they needed.
They have two types of intertainment, TV and Their computer. Well their computer died. They use it for banking and things they need like I do. I knew they had no way to buy a new one, so I gave them my computer. I ordered me a new one, so much for not going in debt this Christmas LOL! I have to wait two weeks for it to get here. Hate waiting. I can use my daughters lap top or my grandsons at night.
Now today I find out my brothers well has gone dry...poor guy can't win for losing. Like I said it has been crazy around my house.                                                                                            
Some good things have happen....JD and I have been making some cool Christmas ornaments and decorations for the house and tree. We have gone to a couple of really neat plays at the Church, also went to the town Christmas parade. My grandmother is 96 years old she was the Grand Marshall ! It was so cool aqnd she was so happy. Life is crazy but still fun.

No, Elaine.  Crazy things have been happening all over the place in this neck of the woods.  Never a dull moment.  Guess it's life's way of keeping us on our toes.  It seems that when you are able to put out one fire, another one starts.

I really, really want to be bored for a while.

I so much admire how you can take the worst set of circumstances and turn them into somehow having fun and being happy.  You go girl.

Maybe we will all catch a much needed break in 2009.  Like Cyn said - I too could stand a little boredom in my life about now.

My husband said he is surprized I am not over there digging the well !
My Brothers dog died last week and I helped him dig the grave. It was a big dog.  Now I am looking for him a new dog. Told him just to give me a couple of months, we live on a dirt road and people are always dumping animals here.

Board never around my house. I couldn't stand it if it was LOL!

Christmas ornaments... that reminds me that I'm yet to locate mine! I promised mom that I'll decorate the rest of our house tis week, ideally today (my day off).

And sometime I should decide what goodies I'll be making for my friends, who will arrive this Saturday for our annual Christmas Party at my house! This year they wanted to bring lots of goodies with them, which means that don't need to bake much. That is fine, but I kind of like baking lots... ;D

Making Christmas ornaments, I haven't done that in years.  I think when Ava is old enough to cut and paste, we'll start doing them. :)

That would be a resounding NO Lady....

Life has been incredibly crazy here as well.  Since the move I've had a continuous string of events that have given me 3 severe concussions, of course rolling my van was a wee bit crazy too, and then everyone seems to be sick - we just get over one cold then another hits, then Ayden and I ended up with strep throat, we've been battling the schools trying to get the kids credits transferred, not to mention other issues at the schools;  It seems like the last 6 months have been non stop crazy for us.

Hope things calm down for you, I've been thinking about you and wanting to get together with you, hopefully the new year will see things calm down for both of us and we will be able to plan to get together :)
