Those are so cute! Especially "deeping daddy's sandal warm" and "seeing no evil, hearing no evil". And asleep on daddy's coat is just precious.
Callie likes to help me make the bed up. She's convinced there are boogers in the bed under the sheets and she has to kill them all before I can finish making the bed up. We have four, two full-sisters, Callie and BB (Callie is a calico and BB is a snowshoe siamese) and then their half brothers who are full to each other, Graybaby and Littleboy (Graybaby is charcoal gray with lighter gray markings and Littleboy is a snowshoe siamese). |

I love cats. I only have Max. Big neutered Tom. He's more than jut my pet though he's my familiar. (Witchy term)
He's only underfoot when I'm in the Kitchen cooking or it's breakfast or supper time for him. It did take some training to get him to stop stepping on my face in the middle of the night. Nothing abusive mind you. I simply closed my bedroom door to not allow him in over night. Only took 3 rounds of that for him to find his right place at the foot of the bed and not to climb on me in the night. Tomorrow I need to go get him more catnip, I ran out. The store stuff seems rather weak compaired to the fresh that a co-worker had brought me that really sent the boy into a state of pure bliss. Anyway, He's my baby, my friend. |

I like other people's cats. Cats are my only allergy......although I usually get used to them in a few days. I love the ones that kill stuff in my yard though. God bless 'em.
Cute puddy tats kids! Charlie |

I love all of these pics of cats! Thank you so much, guys. :)
I'm a guinea pig person, who liked dogs growing up and now adores cats thanks to one adorable creature called Kosh. Kosh, my former landlady's cat simply adopted me and when I went to visit London back in 2007, I went to visit him, too. Naturally he was too busy to show up... ;D My cousin and her husband have 2 kittens right now. I can't wait to meet the "terrible duo" in person! They're ragdolls and I hear they're adorable. Sanna |

I was attacked by a siamese cat when I was a child. Scared of them to this day. Other than that, I love them, but the hair shedding makes me nuts.

Share custody of a CAT?
I adore cats...but I must admit that a custody arrangement much like that in place for children seems a little over the top. But that is just me...(Divorced with children) 8-) |

Potter, your cat G.B. reminds me of a cat named Fatty that I knew when I was a kid. Fatty was struck by lightning. He never looked or acted quite right afterwards either.

I can't imagine I'd be quite the same after getting kicked in the head by a cow, either. (Then again, for me, it might be an improvement...) |

"Floppy" is good. ;D
True. They won't try to save you. They might watch the progress of one's death as an interested observer. Saving stuff just isn't what they do. Then again, a hamster won't try to save you either. "They kill babies" is an old canard. I don't believe cats kill babies. In truth, I don't think they care much for babies at all. Babies do uncanny things, and they have grabby fingers. Cats don't like anything that's weird and grabby. That said, I've often been glad domestic cats aren't the size of a St. Bernard. ;) Best, George |

Winston was rescued from a barn. He was one of several, at the time. I found out later that all of his litter-mates had either been stomped to death by the horses, or ended up as coyote chow. :-/
Last summer, the neighbor's Boston terrier came trotting over into our yard. Winston leapt over a 3' chainlink fence and tore ass after that dog, growling in a way I've never heard him growl before. That terrier took off hellbent for leather with Winston hot on his heels. That dog has never come back, since. ;D ;D |

Want to meet another one? This is Flowerbelle (we named her Flowebelle Lee, after the Mae West character in My Little Chickadee, because she needed to be a strong woman to survive!). When she was brought to the vet, he gave her a 30% chance of survival. She IS adorable! And has the cutest personality. Those are old pics - she turned five this fall. She's our teeny kitty. I know there are smaller breeds, but they seem to run big out here. Our first rescue (now 6) is 18 pounds - and he's not fat. His brothers are 15 pounds (skinny - the first kitty I posted pics of, Shelly) and 13 pounds (solid). Their sister is 11 pounds (lady like :) ). The one we just rescued, Billy, is a comfortable 11 pounds. Our handicapped kitty is a rotund 9 pounds (smaller frame). Flowerbelle is just 6 pounds - and she eats like a maniac. ;D
