I didn't put it together about the redbulls and relief....not that it settled all but hey any...I mean any help is appreciated you know!
I went back to see what i have missed since I have been gone (alot) and found a link to taurine, since the attacks have been around three am, I have been sleepy for my 12 hr shifts in med/surg lately. Drinking redbull didn't do the heart finickies the rockstar did so I went on it. The clusters decreased slightly. OMG! I am amazed...and seeking Taurine supplements as we speak. Another sign of what a great place this is! Keep it up and my upmost gratitude! :) |
