In addition to it having the blade to slowly disembowel the person in question, just flip it around and it can pry off the fingernails quite effectively.

I think we should all bring our assembled weaponry to the next convention and assemble a couple of "Girls Night In" kits LOL Think about it  - this could be the ultimate "care" package as in how to take care of all your little problems!
