Love the pics.  They really came out well and the waterfall looks prehistoric.

The ice boats were impressive.  Much larger that I thought they would be.

Do they have hookers on Hooker Ave.?

Helen,

I absolutely love New York state and your pics made me homesick for a place that I consider to be my second home.  When I traveled for work I was in the Catskill region for almost two years and fell in love with the area.  Such a magical place for sure.

You have some wonderful pictures there.  I especially like the waterfall and the picture following the bush!  I'll look at the other pics in the album when I get home today (ps, check out my pic thread  ;)).

The Egg's Nest is a great place for lunch/dinner before you head up to The Mohonk Mountain House for a day of hiking.

My friend, Merle owns this restaurant and she is heck of a wonderful lady.

The Ashokan Reservoir is also a great place to do some hiking and the village of Woodstock is a cool place to visit.

Taughannock Falls. Great place and taller than Niagara. Glad you went there.

I'm jealous of your travels but great pictures Helen and glad you got around so much.
