I am up late most nights fighting off insomnia or the beast.  If you need someone to yell at or just a verbal hug, look me up.  FramCire on Yahoo IM or facebook or whatever.

I want to clarify something.  

Battling the beast is one thing, but the emotional and physical toll is another.  What I truely appreciate, is the love and support.  It helps me get through another day.  I haven't had much to laugh or smile about since my cycle began.  My energy is sapped and beings it's the dead of winter, it's sorta hard to get out and enjoy anything.  

My friends here are so precious to me because they understand the dance, more than anyone here around me ever could.  This place is my refuge and my fountain of youth, so to speak.

I've tried to be here for others during my PF time, and feel somewhat guilty for not doing enough.  I've held off asking for your energy & prayers because I feel that I am not worthy.  BUT, I am not doing that anymore.  I am now going to take whatever I can get!  

You dear, are more than worthy!

Thanks so much everyone!  And to anyone who thinks I'm just being whiney, go suck a big one.

BTW, a wonderful friend of mine mentioned trying out Amerge or Relpax before bedtime, to see if it'd help me get any sleep instead of waking every F'ing 90min at night.  My doc is out of town now till Feb. 2nd, but another doc at the clinic phoned in a script for Relpax.

I'm going to try a 1/2 of one tonight, and will let ya'll know how it went tomorrow.

You have not reached your respected position on the board by not being there for others.  You help keep us going a lot of times when we need it, so don't give me any more of that stuff.  When you need help you are not WHINING!  When you need help we are here.  When we need help you are there.  That is the way this thing works.  I know it is hard to fathom it sometimes when being hit so badly, but you ARE loved, and you have us behind you.  

Now, wipe your eyes, put a big smile on your face, look the beast right in the eye and say, I'm loved and they have my back, so YOU can't win!

Last night was interesting, but it was WAY better than the last couple weeks of nights!  I took 1/2 of the Relpax before bedtime, ended up falling asleep somewhere between 8:15 and 8:30pm.  I woke up with a CH at 9:18pm and sucked the O2 until it went away at 9:33pm.  Fell back to sleep right away and dreamed I kept waking up with a CH every hour sucking on O2 till I'd fall asleep and then repeat.  That sucked, lol.  But I did eventually wake with one at 12:23am where I sucked the O2 till it went away at 12:30am.  Thank goodness they are going away quickly.  I then took the other 1/2 of the Relpax and fell back to sleep until I woke up at 4am.  No CH then, but fell asleep again till 5:03am with an attack which I killed again in 8min.  I didn't go back to bed, and am still up and doing OK.

I think tonight I'll take the full pill before bedtime and hope I get an even longer stretch of sleep.  

All in all I am GLAD I took the advice and called in to have some meds!!!  :) :) :) :)

Keep the O2 handy honey... Ya know we're here...
