Just introducing myself! I suffered from CH for two years, Finally got insurance, went to doctor and was diagnosed. 2 years later this abomanation is back. While I'm new to the medical information, I am an old hand at suffering.

You found the right place for medicinal and non-traditional healings. I just wish more doctors would read this forum and educate themselves.
Good Luck |

Hi Mungk & Welcome to Clusteville
I'll be the first to ask . . . do you have 02 available? It's a miracle abortive for most of us. As you've been diagnosed, what meds are you on? There's not a preventative or abortive known that hasn't been used and discussed on this forum. Most important, the info/caring/sharing you will get here comes from folks who truly know your pain. Welcome to the board Monkey! The strength of this board is its collective knowledge. Let us know what you've used that has and hasn't worked, what you're using now. Maybe you'll drop a pearl on us, maybe we can tweak your routine. You won't find a more comprehensive collection of knowledge on CH anywhere!
Welcome home. Joe |

I am on prednasone for preventive and was givin Maxalt for rescue. Maxalt doesn't help.
No o2 but going back to doctor soon. I use benzacane (oragel) to take the edge off attacks(applied in nostril and highest point of gumline). Wish I had lydacane |

Read the 02 link on the left, print out the info and get real pushy with your doc if you have to. It's about 80% effective for men so a good, cheap, high percentage abortive. Good luck.

Blue Cross partially covered my O2. My supplier was Binson's Medical Supply. They didn't charge for refils but did charge a rental fee. My portion was $28.00 a month.
