I'm in the middle of maybe a 4-5, but it feels like a 7-8 'cause I haven't had them for a few years.  Shit.  I forgot how really f'ing sucky these things are.  My right eye is burning...my R neck, teeth....you know...  I never should have taken a nap - never a good thing for me 'cause I usually wake up with one but not sleeping due to unemployment and all the surrounding crap that accompanies that, can't help the naps - they just happen.  But it f'ing HURTS!  GD!  Hope you're all doing better than me right now, dudes.  Stay PF!  Jim R :'(

It's going away, thank God.  Man, I DO NOT want to do these anymore - too many years.  I wish I could afford my lacmictal again.  They stopped them.  Welders' O2....think I still have a mask somewhere...but if they get worse, that won't even touch 'em.  

What IS IT with naps?  REM sleep?  Man, THANK YOU for undertanding that!! - My ex never got it either, thought I was being "dramatic"  -ahhhh, nooooo, it just hurts like f'ing hell after a nap!!  Thanks again!

An alternative source of help involves looking into and reading (here, and at clusterbusters.com) about RC seeds, they may fit the circumstances well and have worked for many.

I'm not in cycle and I take RC seeds every month (clusterbusters), I have a vial and syringe in my purse, 02 tank from my local welder, regulator, and the clustermask.  I skipped my summer cycle this summer and I think it was the RC seeds.  So look into everything.  Oh, and Melatonin helps a lot of us sleep through the night.  

You don't want to face the peak of this cycle without the proper arsenal.

Thank you all so much and for the personal messages as well.  Just woke up from another damn, involuntary nap, with one of the MF's.  Mild and going now but it makes me not wnt to sleep anytime, which is a bad thing.  Yes, I know there are angels in our group and may have to prevail upon them if these get worse.  Right now, without any abortives or $ for same, I am toughing it out.  But from experience I know if they get worse, I will be begging - you all know that.  You know the pain....one would do anything to stop it.  In the meantime, my humblest thanks to you all.  Stay strong and PF my friends...

Can anyone point me int eh right director for information on RC seeds?  My sons are always telling me I should do shrooms but I'm a bit scared of that due to anxiety...  Any info would be a help and thanks in advance.  If these get bad enough, I'd probably do anything I could afford!
