I will say that I royally screwed this cycle up by starting out with Taurine instead of Kudzu like last cycle.  If I would have taken it instead I probably wouldn't be having the problems I am now. :(

Next cycle is in 18 months (hopefully this one will be over in the next 13 days or so), I'm going to definately start the 'Zu again one month prior.

BTW, I am sort of taken aback at Dr. Sewell's words though:
