I recognized that Union tactic of the cards. It's the way I got hornswaggled into one in the grocery business. Ended up costing me $6 a week in 1972. That was a tank of gas! I've never worked union again, nor will I. If you are union and like it you are welcome to it, but I can't stomach having someone that I pay tell me I cannot work to the level of my ability, or that I have to strike and lose my house while they keep on drawing their exorbitant salaries.

Oh oh, someone turned embedded flash back on. I'm glad I always run flashblock.
Unions have there place and non-unions shops have there place. As for me I would never work construction without being in a union. Working for many employers in a year wile having and keeping the same health insurance and retirement is a must. Walmart is a union busting, china loving, scourge on this country. I will never support someone who doesn't want me to have a job. Paul |

Was a time when unions were the good guys, protecting abused workers.
Now they mostly protect useless workers (based on my own personal experience in the Calif. State University System). |
