My eldest daughter called to say her beau had "popped the question", and she said yes! So like Callico, I'll be marrying one off in the next year or two. A great boy so we couldn't be happier!!! [smiley=shore.gif]

Now, on Monday, go down to the bank, get a second mortgage on the house, sell your collectibles, go see your local loan shark, cuz yer gonna need it!  You are the parents to the bride, and the ones that have to foot the bill!

(OR, pull her aside, hand her a check for $5,000.00, and tell her to elope!)

Tell her less is more, cause she won't remember a bit of it after it is all over anyway.  Tell her to put more thought into preparing for the marriage than the wedding.  (Just my 2 cents.  Not that she will listen! :) )  As the Scriptures say, "he that finds a wife finds a good thing."
