Glad that you're pain free for 3 1/2 months chris420. I'm always delighted to know that someone suffering from this dreadful thing is getting a little relief.

Now that you don't have to worry about the beast as much... you might consider working on your people skills.

I say this because I care... and if I had younger brother who acted like an IDIOT I'd set him straight... not that you're an idiot or anything... but smacking a brother upside the head for being an a$$hole goes with the territory of family... not that I'm saying you're an a$$hole mind you... I'm just trying to make the comparison of my biological family to this family.

Do you have any brothers or sisters that have ever acted like self centered spoiled brats? If so... then you know what I mean.

Being part of a family requires GIVING and receiving. There needs to be equal amounts of both, or resentment begins to build on one side of the equation.

Stick around when you're not getting headaches. Try and support those who are suffering, the newbies who are scared and looking for any lifeline, the regulars who all need reminding they're not alone. THAT'S how a family works.

"i had a VIOLENT hit last night. it was about 3 hrs and so random. ive felt really got til last night. it was bad i got hit while i was driving. i was puking , secreaming, you name it all while trying to make it. i cant think of a time that i wasnt in a cycle did i ever get hit that hard.. is just a freak thing, have any of you had this happen to you? any help would be loved."

Maybe it was a rouge hit.  I have those too even out of cycle.   He may mean out of cycle rather than PF.   I would HATE to even imagine that he would lie to us about his pain.  That would be really terrible.

he needs to change his signature then.  His sig says he hasnt had a HA since 11/29 (which is 2 1/2 months not 3 1/2, not that that matters).


NOW, Chris...... we are all very happy for you, but honestly, I am more likely to reply to a thread to encourage or support someone in cycle than I am to post an attaboy for someone in remission for a few months.  It isn't that we don't care, it's just that PF people generally don't need as much attention and support as those who are in cycle.

with this said, I would say that the best way to be shown love around here is not to create drama when PF but to give to those who need it and take when you need it not when you don't.

yall are right....in the begining i wa an ASS. i was in alot of pain and on heavy narcotics. but now that im better id like to think im back to being me. and by the way how is everyone? chuck is really the only guy i know around here and i know he is chronic....i feel for him....i really do. as for the rest of yall, i really hope yall are getting some PF time in....i honestly mean that. ill be checking in to see how everyone is. school has me busy. and looking for a job.

I may be mistaken Chris maybe it's okay to call yourself an ASS... I don't know as there doesn't seem to be any reference to calling yourself an ASS or an Idiot or a scumbag or anything else in the rules...

I mean really chris.. what if you were to change your signature to A$$hole.. Would that be intolerable? It might be construed as inappropriate because this is a mixed age forum so I would probably think twice about it.
