I also got a package from Linda. Thank you so much. You really r a sweetheart. The funny? part is, my O2 ran out. LOL or cry.
I did manage to abort a nasty episode yesterday, with my self made mask. Shadows & all r gone. Now I am walking on eggs shells.

I took massive B-complex & 500mg. of magnesium so far so good.
Tomorrow I will begin my new hunt for O2. Im afraid I'll get so stressed out, a trigger 4 me, and have nothing to turn to.

Yes, I ahd to use her care package yesterday after a DAMN NAP.  If I could rpevent naps, I'd think I'd be ok.  What is it REM?  And I am feeling sleepy now....  I am gong to try to stay awake by listening to Raising Sand by Robert Plant/Alison Krauss - AWESOME CD!!  Highly recommend!!!  OMG, the harmonies....It's a repeater, over and over....  Thanks all...
