I have the original CH video tape still in my possession.  Because it was degraded so badly it was determined some time back not to be passed on because it was not likely to last long.

I had been put in contact with the guy who originally did the article, and we contacted him to ask if we could transfer it to DVD under the same copyright laws that the vhs copy was using.  We never heard back from him after he said he would check into it.

Do you happen to remember his name?  Or perhaps how to get ahold of him so that we can see if we can get it put on DVD under his direction so that we can purchase it and then start circulating again?

Im not sure of which video you are talking about. If you are talking about the guy that worked at the TV station and the video he made, it was this guy.

Aki is in fact the very guy!  He did the piece through his TV station!

I've been in contact with Aki, and as of right now there isn't much likely hood that we will be able to get a durable copy to purchase and distribute.  But I'm stubborn, I'll see what I can do, and see if I can come up with funds to help cover his cost and purchase a portion of the rights to be able to see this thing move forward.

It's a very very very long shot though, so don't hold your breaths.
