THOSE BASTARDS!!! They should stop at nothing to refute that law... and while they're at it... Outlaw auto insurance, home owners insurance and Life insurance.
It's about time that those poor poor lawyers have the power to take your home in legal fees, the hospitals take your home for medical costs and if aunt martha should slip and fall down the steps of your home breaking her pelvis and back... well that should entitle aunt martha to own you as her bitch for the rest of your life. and while they're at it they should out law prenuptial agreements. I mean after all, when you have amassed a fortune then meet the person of your dreams and are in love... surely that person will never want to divorce you and take everything you owned before you met. (Just ask Paul Mcartney) ...and we all know that guns have never caused any damage to anyone... it's a ridiculous assumption that anyone would ever get accidentally shot and live. Why in the name of anything holy would someone propose such an idiotic law? with warm regards, Tony |

Tony,
There is nothing holy about that bill. I used to wonder how people felt when they saw their nations going down the crapper like Spain, Portugal, England and others did. Now I know. Jerry |

LOL... the funny thing about it all is that those of you who want less and less government and fewer laws would be lost in such a lawless society.
We have taken for granted so many ways that the government effects our daily lives and we bitch and moan. The simple act of turning on the light and not having your house burn down... may seem mundane... but the law makers have put laws in place to make sure that some things remain safe. If you want a lawless society then you don't value a civilized society. If you want a lawless society... take the first step and stop paying any form of taxes... if you find that difficult to do in this country... then you are free to move to another country. :) with warm regards, Tony |

Almost as bad as NY Governor Paterson's idea that it might be fun to assess a fee of $10 for each state income tax not filed electronically. This guy has zero interest in getting re-elected.

Hey Tony
I have an idea. How about we try frying the worthless fucks that using the guns in the inner city crimes that brought this bill on. There are several cities trying to push their anti gun agenda while the states they are in are fighting them. While I certainly don't want to see someone gunned down in the street, until the mayors figure out how to clean up the drug and gang crime, blaming guns isn’t going to help shit. Mike |

LOL... you certainly won't get an argument from me on those points. Frying is a bit drastic though... I was thinking more on the lines of wood chipper powered by the next in line. (eco friendly) with warm regards, Tony |

I'm good with that. Creative thinking. I like it. Mike |

Exactly! All that insurance should be voluntary, not mandatory. If your dumb enough not to carry it, you should have your house taken by the lawyers. |
