Hi !

I have been "SHADOW FREE" for 6 days. I actually cleaned my house,
had a glass of wine (once) and made dinner 5 days in a row.
I hit the O2 with a vengence last week when I felt my head start to throb and used the new mask Linda sent me. THANK YOU and WOW.
Gone. The mask really made a huge difference.

I feel NORMAL. I know it won't last but Im going to make the best of it.
Im going to READ a BOOK.

Great news Deb.

You go on and take each pain free moment and live it to it's fullest. The beast may return, but don't dwell on it.

AH. Short but certainly sweet. I think I pissed the BEAST off !!
I enjoyed it while it lasted.

It was my first rest period w/out steroids. I used the last of my O2,
but I did get the Rx that Che' :ors recommend. Now getting it filled is the hard part. Please wish my luck.
