This isn't an urgent case, but a small plea to my CH family.

On Tues, the beast disappeared. I thought 'BONUS!' & that his timing couldn't have been better, with my wedding day fast approaching (Friday!!). It's the first time in over a year I've had more than 2 consecutive pain free days.

Instead though, I think he must have left a note for a passing bug to come and get me instead. I'm in bed with cold sweats and fever, coughing, aching muscles and general crap feeling. My skin has broken out and I've lost my voice.

Please send any leftover/spare vibes you may have (after giving them to people who REALLY need them) to me so that this darn thing goes away too. All my family arrive from Ottawa on Wednesday and I'm flying back to the UK to join them on that day too for pre-wedding celebrations and visiting so just really want to be well as soon as.

Thanks folks.

Helen - Our photographer is setting up a website with all our photos on it, so once it comes through, I'll be sure to post it (even from an internet cafe in Phnom Penh!!).

You'll only have to wait until the 15th March for the official ones. If I can get some others in the meantime, I'll be sure to post them ASAP!

What bad timing! Drink lots and lots of water and try to flush it out. Mega doses of Vitamin C also is debatable but it's been a real help for me. I hope you are feeling better soon!

So sorry to hear the bug got you this close to the big day ! How horrible !

Drinking lots of fluid, keep warm and taking extra vitamins may help and make sure you rest properly.

A little better today, but still not great. Been sleeping most of the afternoon. Hoping another good night's sleep should make it all right again.

Glad to hear you are getting better !

Sleeping is very good for you as it helps the body recovers, but make sure your Prince charming comes and wakes you with a kiss for the wedding .... ;) :)
