I am amazed at the stories I am reading. My diagnosis has not been confirmed but after 6 months of every specialist but a Neuro which I saw yesterday the term CH was never mentioned. I am seeing my soon to be former GP tomorrow and my new GP Friday with alot of info. I will not waste my time tomorrow with the former GP, he is retiring soon. Linda_Howell, kudo's to you. I am just learning but if you are chronic and have been experiencing the pain that I experienced last October...... and for 22 years?? you are an exceptional person. From my reading there are many exceptional people onboard.
Thank you |

You'll learn Linda is deserving of kudos for many many many reasons! You'll find educating yourself and finding a doc...or hopefully a neuro...who'll listen to you, is your highest percentage bet at getting relief. As we've mentioned before, you'll never be alone again.

Ken, welcome and good luck.
It takes time to be properly diagnosed. It starts with that, then, read as much as possible on this site, it's a wealth of information. The site is also a rare community of support and understanding. I've learned more here than anywhere else, plus it's a welcome port in the storm. Good luck with the Docs and if in doubt, ask questions. Baer |
