Have to be honest here, even I do not know the story. I do know that it has something to do with LeLimey and Mosiac Wench though, because they're the two that call him that!

I know that we had a restaurant nearby called Giuseppi's (note the correct spelling), and we drove by one time when Jr was about 2 years old and learning how to read. We were stopped at the light and he read the sign to us:

"Juice-poopies"

I've always favored this pronunciation, but others prefer "Juicy-pee."

I don't think that's the story, but it's my story and I'm sticking to it.
