YEA! Only 4 more days and my Fast will be over...
Fasting for Lent... Started on Ash Wednesday..

No akkeehol
No break-fast
No lunch

Only one meal a day; baked poultry , sea food & fresh cooked veggies (after sunset), water and juice (during the day).. Wednesday is a complete fast day, when I eat on Tuesday, don't eat again until after sunset on Thursday..

This have been a very cruel fast... I'M IN CYCLE..

Starving and only lost 17lbs.. >:(

all I gave up this year was chocolate.

I gave up smoking last year, I did lapse twice , my trip to Dallas and a girly trip, But I haven't had one ciggie this yea.

I might try your way next year 17lbs is preety good and the feel good factor on your sucess is worth it :-*
