Generally, on this day before Easter, I am cooking, prepping, rising dough, in other words, getting ready for a lovely Easter Brunch. The gang comes here, we eat a lot, drink Mimosas, then it's time for the annual Peeps fight! I swear! If you buy those things early enough, they can get sufficiently stale to be a dangerous projectile!
Anywhoo, I was thinking of Jackie this morning, who will prolly spend her day making pies and favorite dips, glazing a ham, making several salads...and I just wanted to say, Jacks..........
NEENER< NEENER< NEENER!!! We have a small enough gang this year that we are going out for brunch! I get to dip chocolate strawberries for a bachelorette party tonight, get some ham for Gil, so he doesn't miss out on his leftovers........and the rest of the day is MY OWN!

I have such fond memories of Easter Eve's past . . . decorating the Easter Tree and drinking Egg Nog while sewing the kid's Easter Costumes for trick or treating later. . . . .

Seriously tho, Brew's making Sweet and Sour Chicken for four tomorrow.  No guests (Jr's girlfriend, but she's here all the time anyway), no cleaning, no muss, no fuss, no relatives, and no stress.  Yee Haw!!

:)  Yep, Cathi....you have me figured out.  However, this year the big doin's won't be until next weekend.  My boys and their families will be with the other sides.  We will be going to church with the youngest and his family.....it's Collin's first Easter (we call him  the dickens :P)
