I have had these headaches for many years, I thought they had went away, but now I am up trying not to go to sleep :(

Tell us about yourself,a little about you,some of what you have done to help yourself in your fight against the beast.

Then start asking questions and they will be answered.

I never liked forums myself too. Still don't, but now I made one exception. 8-)

Welcome and take a good look around. There's so much info to be found here, and lots of it helps (for many)!
