Title: No reason

Do you just ever have one of those days where you feel like you have to cry but you don't know why.

I hate that. :'(

No.

But I'm a guy, and even in this enlightened age, I think most guys I know would be able to point to an exact reason.

Yeah,  I know what you're talking about.
Find a movie.......Steel Magnolias, Big Fish or Pay it Forward or Secondhand Lions........ you WILL cry.....once the dam bursts, let it flow...then put your big girl panties back on and face the world.......

dunno why we have to do this, but we do Kristy....IZ sure hope it helps!!

I can only speak for me, but being an empathic person, other peoples troubles and negative energies tend to attach bits of it to me.  Sort of like iron filings to a magnet.

Over time it layers on till yes....I have to cry it all out of me and ground and center myself once again.

With all your traveling, might it be possible you are picking up some of the energies of others?  A good cry is a great way to clean all that away.  It explaines (to me anyway) why you can't figure out "why".

Just a thought.

I know that feeling. Is it menopause? It can go away as fast as it comes sometimes. If you really want to cry your eyes out, Marley and Me will do it. I hope you feel happy soon. (((HUGS)))

Are you trying to say that Christy is getting to be an old broad?

Oh, wait ... She IS having to put up with Joe ... And that can be taxing on a person, and make them old, before their time ...

But he IS such a stud muffin ...  With a DAMN fine lap to do a lap dance on (with thrilling results, that can be felt ... ) ... Hmmm ...

I don't know, Christy, m'luv ... But, DAMNIT, if ya feel like crying, GO AHEAD and do it.  You will feel that much better, once you get it out of you ...  Then go jump Joe ...

I always have a reason when crying...I hope you're feeling better soon.  It could be hormones.

Glad you're feeling better - now do what Chuck said (sometimes he's right -- ummmm, I gotta check out Joe's buns one of these days - Chuck's ahead of me on that one :))
