:) Elaine is out of surgery....gallbladder is all gone! Everything went well. She's up and around, feels good and I'm sure yellin' about going home :) She will probably be released in a few hours.

I can't believe it! She's on her way home....just a couple hours after surgery.

I left a couple hours after having mine out too. Glad it's out E and I'm sure you'll feel better in no time. :)

Things have changed here Helen..........one of them being that our wonderful free market evil insurance providers tell hospitals how long a patient can be in a facility before they stop paying and it's always too short. They're trying to make childbirth a same day thing. So far doctors won't put up with that one. >:(

My insurance changes Monday that is why they hurried the surgery. Also the reason I didn't stay but one day. They didn't do me like they did my dad and others I know, they didn't do one big cut. I have five cuts on me.
One on my belly button, one about a inch above that then one right above that one about a inch. then two on my right side. I look like I been shot several times ! Oh The war stories I will be able to tell my great great grandchildren ;) |
