Sitting in front of the space heater trying to stay warm, looking out the windows at a cold drizzly day and knowing there are steaks marinating in the fridge that were supposed to go on the grill, but it doesn't appear that is going to happen.

Top Sirloin was on an unadvertised special for 2.29 a lb. yesterday, so I picked it up and they've been in the marinade ever since...

Guess I'll be breaking out the broiling pan.  I hate broiling under an electric element.  Doesn't do the job right.  Oh well....we'll make due.

We just put up JD's birthday gift a water slid. It has rained so much here didn't think the poor kid was ever going to get to play with it. His Birthday was May 7th! We just came in and now its time for supper.
