Title: Teenage spots at my age
Post by cavalier on Jun 5th, 2009 at 9:38pm
What a hectic few days,
Woke up with a rash around the chin region “can’t do any posting looking like this”
“What will you all think?”
Suppose for a start better have a shave it might help.
Try as I might, the spotty chin was still there.
“I know Sudocrem”
“Apply liberally to infected area”
Got up, no change,
“Witch hazel”
Not sure about the sell by date been a few years since my son was at home!
After I’d scraped the last remnants of the tube out with a barbeque kebab stick “I thought this’ll do it.
Went to bed being careful not to sleep on my side with the missus saying “don’t get that on the pillow “
“Wonder what she meant” I was wearing the old long johns.
Perhaps she was talking about the one I put between my knees to stop chafing.
How!!!!!! Can I have spots at my age?
Anyway got up and they were gone, hence the post.
I was going to tell you about my quest to abduct an alien, it seems there’s a lot about at the moment and it’s about time we turned the tables.
Tell you about that later.

I have one that appeared on my chin today.  Stress tends to do it for me!

As for an alien, you can abduct my husband, I swear he is one!!

Hi Cavalier.  Sudocrem or witch hazel wont do much for spots.  Some benzoyl peroxide should though.  Use the weakest percentage - 4% or 5%.

Maybe its just a shaving rash.  You use electric or wetshave?

P.S. The aliens are quiet at the moment.  They don't like the rain so much.  I know this because the ones I keep locked in the shed have told me... :D

Sunspots

You'll have to confine your crop circle explorations to dusk.

By the way, I use benzyl peroxide at 10%. Many epileptics have skin problems not dissimilar to acne. It works.

My mother broke out with zits until the day she died at age 59.  I'm in my late (VERY LATE) 40's and I still break out.

There should be BENEFITS for getting old.  Having zits at this age is just wrong!

I lost all hope, when I looked at my Grandmother, in her late nineties, with a zit or two ...

<sigh>

Here I am, at eight months shy of the big six oh, and I still get them every now and then ...

When I was growing up my friend's mom called them "Blemishes" and we put make up on to cover them.

Yea, I have one undercover now too!
