Thank you all for your kind words, it is appreciated. I'm here daily, lurking and making sure y'all are taking care of each other. Since you are doing a pretty fair job of it, I've kept my big trap mostly shut.

Updating my situation: mostly PF over the last five (!) years with the help of the Clusterbusters' methods. I unfortunately ran out of pharm produce, and fired up a cycle about six weeks ago due to my failure (and laziness) to toil in the phields and helping a couple folks in the same situation.

Here's a Tip: Maintenance is Important-once a cycle has started, it can be hard to break. The Alternative Method definitely works (for me anyway) so if you willing to use this tool, use it faithfully. The MOFO does not sleep-- and neither do I, lately.

On a personal note, Martha and I are finally Empty Nesting (I just KNEW it would be wonderful...). We are now proud grandparents of four beautiful little girls-two here in Texas and two in Peru. And here's the hardest for me to get my head around: in early August I will become a GREAT-grandfather. Holey crap-I AM OLD!!
