let me strat by saying thank you to all of you that have created this forum and compilation of information.

even though i know i am armed with some of the sharpest blades for the beast, but i know through others experiences my blades will become sharper and i have plenty to share if yours is a little dull.

my name is brian im 23 and have been experiencing CH since 14

in the earlier years id get terrible cycles in the spring and winter, now those cycles are harder to break and very intense with random mini cycles  in between

im currently taking 360mg verapamil 2x daily
300mg lithium at night
have imitrex injections and of course my trusty o2 tank

just got the injection nerve block in the base of my skull,
and the lidocaine q tip stuffed in my nose

as of today on steroids for 5 weeks 60mg the first and 40 mg the rest

so theres some background on me and my beast

i hope that i can help some of you and you all will definately help me cope with this ridiculousness ( is that a word?) thanks again for your time see you in the threads ;D

Welcome to the board orange! I'm a lithium boy too, 1200 mg a day while on cycle. It's my only abortive and it blocks 70-80% of my attacks with the 02 slaying the rest! Hoping you catch a break soon, glad you found us. Always someone here leaving the light on! ;)
