This is my 4 cycle and the last 4-5 monts before the cycle hitted i feeled like scratching my forhead,strange sensation in the skin and under it....this cycle is being different from before,in the last 10 days i was hitted 2 times dunno if its cause i started drinking water a lot or something else(they usually start in july and last 6-9 weeks in summer time)what takes me to a question,my ch start at hot time,and right before my ch starts the skin im the palm of my  hands start coming off,im associating it with a dehidration problem and ch 2,and i get hitted during digestion its when the body consumes more waer in your body..i never drinked water before not even a cup a day,only juices....
And alcohol doesnt seem to do nothing to my ch(im sure they are ch cause of all the sintoms related and my neuro said it,ive done 1 tac and 2 different mri´s,one standard and one vascular and all were fine except sinus on same side as ch)

Anyone had that scratcing feeling in forhead beetween cycles????

I don't get the scratchy sensation you've described, but get the "tingly scalp" sensation that sounds similar to what you're describing.

Read the "water X3" link on the left. You should definitely increase your water intake. I added a magnesium, calcium and Vitamin B-2 supplement to my daily diet many years ago, along with dramatically increasing my water intake. (All on my neuros advice...do check with your doc before you add them) It hasn't "cured" me yet, but I'm convinced it's reduced the number and intenity of my attacks. Worth a shot!

joe i forgot to say somethig since that feeling on my forhead began.
It all began when i went to dentist to put a bracer om my teeth cause i have a canine tooth inclused(obstructed and may be in contact with some nervs conected to the trigemy nerv that may get severe with hot in summer,just a thought,my dentist says that inclused toots cause a lot of problems)i was diagnised that and atm displacement,maybe that sensation is in relation with the bracer.....and since my atm displacement got a little corrected maybe its the cause iim having ch every 4-5 days and not all days in summer time like past years.....just a thought.....
