I am posting this here because it is important and time is running out.

A long time ago we had 2 folks say they had a projector and screen we could use @ the convention so Jim said "whew.  One thing done."  and he went on to other 1000 details that needed to be done.

We have just been informed in the last 2 days  that neither will be available to us to use.  >:(

Jim has checked everywhere in St. Louis and the cheapest he can rent them for is 350.00 per day.  We will need them for 2 days.  That cost is out of the question for OUCH .  The cost for the meeting rooms at the hotel, microphone, break snacks and drinks, dinner per person, etc. and now this, well....

(Jim will have a break-down on costs for anyone wants to know what your reg. pays for)


O.K.......so for all who have said HERE they want to help....I'm asking for it here.  


Any of you coming to the convention who can get their hands on this equiptment through their work, a friends work, a friend who owns it, someone who owes you a favor, etc etc.  



PLEASE contact me here.  Either by PM or e-mail.  Without these 2 items the convention will be less than what all of us planned on including a surprise that you all won't want to miss.

I will do some checking, but I'm thinking the one I could get was sold a couple months ago.
