hi everyone, been awhile since ive been on here but something new has come up recently. the past few months ive been experiencing intense tightness in my neck and shoulder but only on the side i get my clusters. never had a problem with it before, been a chronic sufferer for almost 6 years now so im finding it a bit disconcerting. itll come and go but when its there itll last between bouts so its just a constant reminder of how crappy my day is, anyone else experience this?

Yes, lots of people get neck and shoulder issues, including me - CH seems to generate issues with the muscles and nerves that get a life of their own. This is an area where chiropractic/physical therapy/yoga/massage might help - these therapies are unlikely to affect cluster headaches, but can help with the other problems you mention.
