New to here, not to the CH thong....Just what do you all do when you are in a cycle, like I am, have 3 sometimes 4 attacks a day, and doctors, and insurance limit your resue meds? Just wade thru the pain?

Please throw some ideas my way as I am in my 6 week of this agony

Caffiene drinks with taurine
Ice Packs

These are a few cheaper and easier things some of us use.
