On one hand, it's great that there is mention of CH on Fox News, but it would be better if they could publish more accurate info. Seems like we might want to organize the stats from the survey and perhaps do a press release, maybe get some input from Dr. Goadsby or something for writing the article.

I would be willing to help.

You'd think they'd do a bit more research before publication.

I sent them a note, thanking them for bringing awareness and letting them know they had some facts wrong. ::)

I like the part about having 100 babies without an epidural... never heard it put that way before....

But the O2 part was out of date -- maybe a few years ago... close but no cigar... And the 90% men part... I think we've disproved that a LONG time ago..

Yep they should have checked their facts a little better -- maybe they should come to ch.com and READ a little about CH, but any mention is GOOD. At least people are finding out this isn't just a "little" headache anymore.

Didn't even get the definitions of chronic and episodic right.

Chronic headaches, which are more common, can occur every day, up to eight times a day.

Episodic headaches are random and are usually triggered by a stressful event.

There are a lot of us chronics on the board, but it seems less common than episodic. Also, there are a lot of us females. Of course, everyone knows wimmins don't get ch.
