Farve plays management better than he plays quarterback.

Oh, THANK GOD.  I have been in mourning ever since his 73rd retirement announcement.  This is the best news since I found out I had diabetes yesterday.

I've lost my faith in Farve...ages ago... he led us to the super-bowl (again ages ago) and blew it... now after coming out of retirement for the umpteenth time he goes to the vikings  [smiley=wtf.gif] everyone knows of the Long standing rivalry between the pack and vik's

Thinking of taking my Jersey and burning it...

So, who's better at lying to the media...Bill Clinton, or Brett Favre?

I'm so sick of this guy's willy-nilly attitude towards the truth. Are you playing or not? It's a simple question I suggest he answer it as such. Maybe He's got some mental issues that prevent him from being honest with us or himself. I personally don't care a lick about the NFC (no fuckin chance, when it comes to the super bowl), but I'm tired of it hogging all of the media in TEXAS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I'd rather hear about Bill MaHaffey's new dog on the local news.

I say let it die. The guy is old and throws more interceptions than Vince Young in a panic attack. Now don't get me wrong he had 16 good years at GB, but that was then, and this is sometime later than you really think it is. So for Pete's sake, let him sign with the team he choses, tell me he did, then DROP IT. Stick that in your ESPN pipe and smoke it.

3 cheers for has been gray-haired QB's!

Oh BTW...Go Red Raiders! GUNS UP!

my $0.02

Apparently he is quite easily manipulated by pre-pubescent girls, namely his daughter. She told him she wanted him to play. So he changed his mind. Again.

What kind of dog did Bill Mahaffey get?

Does the dog know the west coast offense??

.............and there lies the reason on Minnesota's part. On Farve's part, he got to skip spring training again.

Minnesota sold something like 2,000 season tickets yesterday.

They have a new stadium to pay for.

Heard a good one -- 12 million dollars for signing up with the Vikes. Talk about cash for clunkers.

Once upon a time, I saw a statistic(?) that Favre has never lost a game he's played in at 35 F or below. Cold hearted bastard

Only at Lambeau Field. He's had his @$$ handed to him a few times at Soldier Field.

Not that cold-hearted.

Not that it matters one way or the other.

when you guys get your fruit cakes, if you hate them, send em to me. I love them and it costs $50+ to make a batch.

Charlotte, my dear, my California sunshine.

I can't say how I make my fruitcakes. Let's just say the fruits of my labor just pass thru me and could end up on an FDA watch list!!

BTW. I hope you're still painting. You have a real knack and an eye for the arts. I remember how homesick I was the last time I had to leave the Golden State and your paintings helped more than you know.
;)

ETA..... Brett Foov, Forph, #4 will decimate the Packers!!!!!!! Quite possibly.

You know the old joke about fruitcakes......that there is only in existence and it gets sent around several times a year. They make very good doorstops in any event.
