Hmmmm ... VERY interesting!  I had not heard of this before, but is worth trying out.

If I end up taking a shot of Imitrex, tonight, I will add an Aleve tablet to it, and see if it makes a difference.  It for sure can't hurt!

Now, I am wondering, how about if I just use the oxygen to abort?  Will the Aleve help there too?  I will try it tonight, as I KNOW I will get nailed several times tonight.

I'll be one of the guinea pigs for this!

Thanks for the heads up!

Chuck

I've tried it and it does work, but Aleve tears the crap out of my persnickety stomach best to take with food if you have a stomach like mine.   ;D

Thanks for bein the guinea pig Chuck. Would be a hell of a thing if it worked.  Not sure if I've seen aleeve here in Canada, I'll definately take a look tomorrow. Getting hounded by my doc and insurance company about taking too many trex shots a day. Just keep asking the doc if she feels comfortable being responsible for a suicide usually gets me more :P

The generic name for Aleve is naproxen sodium.

Try getting the vials and drawing your own, with a syringe.  You can get a lot more milage out of these.

My son gets migraines (and I get CH)-(would like to meet the person who shook our family tree  [smiley=bash.gif] ) anyway his neuro told him to take two Aleve when he gets one.  Most of the time it works but on occasion it doesn't work for him.
