You had a beautiful place for your get-away. Thanks for the pics! That is why I really miss being on the road. One doesn't see scenery like that around Chicago!
I sympathize with the broken toe! Interesting how something that severe isn't felt until later. Take care of it. Jerry |

Those photos took my breathe away, the one with the clouds reflecting is amazing.
So happy to hear a man enjoy his time with the women in his life. Please can I come there, it is beautiful. Tanya ;) |

George, love the pictures of your outing. It is a beautiful place, thank you for sharing it with us. :)
I am so sorry about the hits, I wish that the beast would take a vacation right along with us. :( |

Sure is a nice place to spend time, great place. You look right at home.
Sorry to hear this is a time, long since, for the comeback of the reason you're here, but along with the toe now and a bit of age ;) you're not letting anything take the love away. Sounds like El finds it exhilarating. Going back you'll be younger next year. Her exploring to find a favorite place to paint, but so much to see. Maybe you'll dot her scene, with a fishing rod, among one of those clouds. :) Good to find proud enjoyment in your companions. Thanks, George. Take care. |

Beautiful country George. Thanks so much for sharing the pics.
Sorry to hear the beast invaded your vacation and about the broken toe (I can empathize), but glad to hear you are making the best of it and enjoying time spent with family. Take care, Beth |

Looks like you're skinning a ear of corn in that first pic. Did ya get it on a fly?

You should have told us sooner that the beast is a lake creature. Next time we'll be happy to hold him down while you pummel him to dust. Charlie |

;D Yep, shucking corn. Grilled some, along with some rib eyes. I live on the stuff when corn's in season. Best, George |
