I'd like to introduce everyone to our newest addition to the family - Winston Tucker.
Andrea is volunteering with an organization called Brother Wolf Canine Rescue, and last Sat. they had their adoption weekend with Pet Smart. She called me to bring her some lunch, and when we got there, she introduced me to the puppy she had dreamt about - literally dreamt about - she had told me about the dream previously, and sure enough, there was this gorgeous brindle puppy, looking just like the one Andrea had described to me from her dream.
It took quite some time to finally find his name. If you look at him while he's sitting comtemplating life, his face goes strange as if he is trying to solve the worlds most difficult puzzle, he looks just like Winston Churchill! And we have been told that in NC everyone must have at LEAST 2 names, so he gained the name Tucker.
I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to get another dog after we lost Cisco. I just couldn't bear it again; but here we are, a wonderful new addition in our family. When I picked him up and held him, I just KNEW this was our dog.
