Barry, just curious, any change in your CH cycles after quitting smoking? I often wonder if O2 helps CH, does smoking then aggravate CH?

Thanks :) I do not see any difference or connection with quitting smoking and my cycles. I do notice more lung capacity hauling in the o2, Big Time!, more space in there I guess LOL

I feel so good being smoke free then crash my bike 6 weeks ago Sunday, Haven't ridden since, just can't right now. [smiley=sad.gif]

Well done to you, I know the struggle. I have been off them for a year and a half now with two big slip ups inbetween (weekend binges), Only had one half of a ciggie all this year so I am counting that as a sucess .

Yeah to you Barry, also did you know that you have been an inspiration to me to keep trying when I have fallen of the wagon, I just rememeber how glad you are to be a none smoker and that is what I want to be- it is what I am - it is what I will stay

Now just the weight to battle, oh and then the Job, that just has to go - when I can find something to replace it with , did I mention the Husband the Kids the Cat :D

Thank you all for all your kind words and support. I had to quit as I was feeling worse and worse each day, always trying to clear my throat, well, you all know about this.

Tanya, I had no idea my quitting had such an impact with you quitting and trying to stay off the smokes, wow!

It was not as hard as I thought it would be and I read Allen Carr's book "easy way to quit smoking" and that helped me a lot!

This family is awesome!!!!! 8-)
