Oh man...I don't know why I got so confident. I am 41, and have been suffering since I was in my early 20's. I went 2 years without a CH and in just the last 2 weeks they are back. I never went this long without a CH and I was lulled into believing they were done. F**k! 3 times a day like clockwork. I think the heatwave we had in NJ started it and now the days are getting shorter...change in light patterns and heat are my trigger beliefs.

I even stopped drinking a year ago but that didn't keep them away.

It's times like this that I wished I had tracked my previous episodes so I had some information at my fingertips....
