After a 10 year hiatus, clusters returned---3 mos. on and 3 mos. off---am 67 yrs. old. Imitrex keeping attacks to one a night. Is a cluster return common for the elderly?

I'll let you know once I become elderly. ;D

I'm 48 and they haven't stopped yet.

There are folks here in their seventies who are still getting hit.

I'm 55, and they're baaa...aack.   :-/

Guess we'll see what happens when I reach my sixties.   :P

Out of curiousity, how old were you when they first began?

My Dad also has CH and I asked him about this.

He said he did get a break for about a year or so in his late 50's but they came back with a vengeance.  He was also kind enough to inform me that for my future with CH given his history, I can most likely look forward to it getting worse long before it gets any better.

I am already chronic how much more Chronic can I get?  :-?  Never mind...don't want the answer to that  :P

Anyway he's in his late sixties and still getting hit regularly.  He lives with me so we help each other out with them when we can.

I didn't get CH until I was 50 now 60 & if I ever get old I'll let you know.

  I'm a "head trauma" CHer.  Nailed my noggin 1/01, 2 months before my 54th birthday  . . . ha's started . . . 62 now and he's still around.

  Thankful I haven't had them for decades like many here . . . at least this place was in existence and I only had a year of real hell before my wife found this life-saving home for me.
