I just happened to look down at the bottom of the first page and noticed that just today there had been 62 guests reading here.  :o  It was only noon my time and 62 people had already been here.  That was remarkable to me. 

Every single day people find this place but a lot don't post.  If you are reading this please do introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have that is not covered in the links to the left. 

So many of us felt alone with this condition until we could interact with others who knew EXACTLY the pain, the fear and the frustration of dealing with Dr.s and Ins. Co.s until we got here.

I will attest to this Linda.  For many years suffering through cluster cycles, I had nobody to talk to, but my family and GP.  My GP sent me to a neuro, but he still didn't understand even though he is knowledgeable about CH.  When I found this site my pain didn't go away, but since then I have managed my pain better than any doctor and just talking about it feels good.  Get if off your chest!  I can honestly say that this site has changed my life when it comes to coping with clusters.  It's a family :)

Those of you who visit, let it all out.  We are here to listen, support, laugh, cry, get mad etc....  Plus,  you'll probably learn a technique or two that your doctor doesn't know about or possibly prohibits.  The O2 therapy alone seems to be the #1 favorite abortive here and a lot of docs/neuros are afraid to prescribe it or your insurance may not cover it.  You'll find many ways to obtain it here.  This is just one example of how this site can help you. 

Well, just read your hearts out, retain and then "act".
