:-/It's been so long since I've posted or looked here. Back in 2002 one of my last posts was a thread I started on suicide. I was at a really, really bad place and so many people here rescued me and became distant friends. I'm an episodic, who used to be chronic.
I guess my excuse is that when I am in remission (last time a record 18 months) I don't want to think about CH or the possibility of them coming back. I'm back to battling the beast again. Sometimes a combo of Botox and steroids works. Not this time. Anyway, I just wanted to reconnect with any of my old friends here and apologize for not staying in touch.

Welcome home. Have you tried oxygen yet? Read the oxygen info link on the left. Recent changes in HOW we use 02 has dramatically increased its effectiveness. If you had tried it in the past with no success it's worth revisiting.
